Terms of Service for Wizo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wizo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wizo.

2. Description of Service

Wizo is a travel community platform that allows users to:

• Create and share travel experiences through posts, photos, and stories
• Build travel boards and itineraries
• Connect and communicate with other travelers
• Access travel-related content and recommendations

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the App.

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

4.1 Strictly Prohibited Content

Users are absolutely prohibited from posting, sharing, uploading, or transmitting any content that contains or promotes:

• Adult/Sexual Content:
  • Pornography, sexually explicit images, videos, or text
  • Nudity or sexually suggestive content
  • Sexual services or escort advertisements
  • Content sexualizing minors in any way
• Disturbing and Harmful Content:
  • Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
  • Content depicting self-harm or suicide
  • Shocking or disgusting content intended to disturb users
  • Animal cruelty or abuse
• Gambling and Betting:
  • Promotion of gambling websites, apps, or services
  • Betting tips, odds, or gambling strategies
  • Casino games, poker, or lottery promotions
  • Any form of wagering or gambling activities
• Illegal Substances and Drugs:
  • Promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs
  • Instructions for drug manufacturing or use
  • Content glorifying or encouraging drug use
  • Prescription drug sales or exchanges
• Political Content:
  • Partisan political campaigning or advocacy
  • Political advertisements or fundraising
  • Divisive political discussions or debates
  • Content intended to influence elections or political processes
• Discriminatory and Hateful Content:
  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Discriminatory language or slurs
  • Content promoting supremacist ideologies
  • Harassment or bullying of individuals or groups

4.2 Additional Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment and Bullying: Targeting individuals with unwanted contact, threats, or abusive behavior
• Spam and Scams: Posting repetitive content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or entity
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Using copyrighted material without permission
• Misinformation: Spreading false information that could cause harm
• Illegal Activities: Any content promoting or facilitating illegal activities

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

5.1 Reporting System

• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior using our in-app reporting feature
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours
• We encourage users to report violations to maintain a safe community

5.2 Blocking and User Controls

• Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions
• Blocked users cannot view your content or contact you
• Users have control over who can message them and view their content

5.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• Content Removal: Immediate deletion of violating content
• Warning: Formal warning for minor violations
• Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for 7-30 days
• Permanent Ban: Permanent account termination for serious violations
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement for illegal activities

5.4 Appeal Process

• Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting wizomail@wizolife.com
• Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days
• Our moderation decisions are final after the appeal process

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and post
• By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App
• You represent that you have the right to post all content you share

6.2 Content Standards

• All content must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines
• Content should be relevant to travel and the travel community
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy
• By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy
• We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

• The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content
• All trademarks and logos are our property or used with permission

8.2 DMCA Compliance

• We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act

• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time

9.2 User Content Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users
• We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user content

9.3 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, whichever is greater

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post or share

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination

11.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated through the App
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App

13. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
